Insuring Human Rights For All
An extremely important aspect of the insurance of human rights for each person, are the pieces of legislation that dictate those rights and insure that they are available and enforced. These works such as the U.S. Bill of Rights, the Canadian Charter of Rights, and the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights; have gained international acclaim and have set an example for the rest of the world to follow. Making the governments responsible for the enforcement of these rights is critical in guaranteeing basic human rights are available for all people and for future generations.
