The Gender Gap

Around the world, women generally have a lot less rights than men espescially when it comes to jobs. In Alberta for example there are very few oppurtunities for women to become the heads of businesses or even on the board of directors, although there are many qualified women that would contribute to these positions there are just severly limited oppurtunities for them to do so. There are many other such instances around the world where women chances for work are very limited and although it is continually getting better the improvements are extremely slow and don't affect much. No women should be prejudiced because of gender, and something has to change so that there can be full gender equality, the rate of improvement has to be increased and more need to be aware of the problem so that they can influence a change.
